Was looking for a Cub Cadet riding mower and came across Star Lawnmower as an official dealer. I went to the store and met with Chris who was very helpful and matched the lowest price I was able to find. They delivered the mower to my house fully assembled with a tank of gas and walked me through its operations. From start to finish an excellent experience. Highly recommended and would certainly buy from them again.
I arrived at Star at 1:50 only hoping to get the mower "in" for what I assumed would be a Monday inspection at best.
They are very helpful. Part Prices are reasonable, usually 48 hour turn around.
Didn't have to wait long to be helped. Very nice, professional, knowledgeable, helpful to homepwner- type wanting a reliable timmer.

Knowing that the mower was under warranty, I called Star, where I had purchased the mower, to determine if they were open. The person who answered the phone said they were open until 2:00, and I said I could get there there before closing time.
Upon further inspection, I decided that repairing the wheel was beyond my limited mechanical abilities !
Very helpful in finding replacements for discontinued parts for my ancient snowblower.
Saturday, August 12, at 1:20 I was mowing my lawn when I noticed a front wheel on my Honda mower was turned awkwardly backward.
At 2:15 I left Star with my mower intact and was able to return home and finish mowing my lawn. Well done Star, for working "above & beyond" what I expected !
To my surprise, one of the owner/managers, ( ?, I apologize for not remembering his name) took the mower into the shop & began evaluating it. ( He already had the paperwork on the mower because the person who had answered the phone had already typed up the necessary information before I arrived ) Not only did he fix the wheel, he checked the other wheels to determine if they were loose as well. He was now working past 2:00.
